We are super excited to include our latest machine investments, a Trumpf 7000 tube laser, capable of cutting sections of up to 9.5m long, 10mm wall thickness at a 254mm radius and incorporating secondary processes like bevel cut, flow drilling and tapping on a fully automated CNC production line, alongside a brand new Trumpf 6kw production laser, our second fibre laser, which will accelerate our capacity to 6 times our current output! This new technology integrates perfectly with our existing 5-Axis waterjet, ensuring that whatever your material, whatever the thickness, we can accommodate. Complimenting this with a dedicated folding shop with press brakes up to 400ton and our in house design and fabrication team means that CASC can take your design ideas, no matter how big or small, and turn them into real life engineered products, right here, right now.
