Trumpf are regarded as the market leading manufacturer of precision lasers – a clear choice partner for CASC. This ensures that we not only offer the best cut quality available, but do so consistently in the most cost-effective and efficient manner.
Our capabilities include profile cutting mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper and many more metals up to 25mm thickness on our 4m x 2m cutting bed. The incorporation of an automatic pallet changer – maximising efficiency yet again – compliments the unique Trumpf Fibre technology of PierceLine & BrightLine.
CASC also invested in best in class with SigmaNest nesting software, giving us the ability to reduce material waste and ensure ultimate sheet utilisation, enabling local OEM’s to compete on a global scale with precision parts delivered on time and within budget.

Our 4m x 2m cutting bed ensures full flexibility in sheet utilisation and reduces waste.
3D cutting enables countersinking or bevelling of hardened metals through a single cutting process which has proved very popular in the quarry, agricultural and construction sectors. Shaping of any material is also available to reduce the amount of 2nd operations required – ceramic tiles, plastics and even glass.
Cold water profiling also eliminates heat input making sure that the material characteristics do not change with zero heat effected zone.
Another unique technology only available at CASC in Northern Ireland.
– Full CNC metal forming up to 20mm thickness, folded over an automatic 4m folding table. We stock a wide range of Punches, Special punches, Vee’s / Die’s, Hemming and Radius tools ensuring we can offer a complete end to end in house service adding value to any project.
On site installation – Professional, experienced teams of on site technicians offer full scope delivery including; Mobile fabrication, Plant operation, Electrical installation/testing, Slinger/signaller, Riggers, Rope access and Advanced scaffolding.
